We currently deliver throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. If you're just outside these areas, contact us at hello@toterental.ca and we'll do our best to accommodate.
All packages include 2 weeks of rental time. If you need the totes longer, we offer weekly extensions — just contact us before your pick-up date.
A good rule of thumb: Studio/bachelor = 15-20 totes. 1-bedroom = 25-30 totes. 2-bedroom = 35-45 totes. 3-bedroom = 50-60 totes. Not sure? Message us and we'll help you figure it out.
Yes! Every package includes one professional moving dolly at no extra cost.
Just empty them out — that's it. We clean and sanitize every tote between rentals.
We include a $150 refundable security deposit at booking. Lost or damaged totes are charged at $12 per tote. The deposit is returned in full when all totes are returned in good condition.
We accept e-transfer, credit/debit card (via Square), and cash. Payment can be made online at booking or in person at delivery.
If you realize you need more totes, contact us right away. We'll do our best to arrange a top-up delivery, subject to availability.
